Managing the equipment whilst on site is
essential if you are to reduce any potential losses. At MoveTech we will
provide you with everything you need to reduce the risk of lost equipment. Our
administration is designed to provide you with regular updates of the status of
your account, giving you all the information you require to enable you to
manage your crates efficiently, and more importantly cost effectively.
Confirmation of all orders is standard practice and updated crate statements
are provided after each collection, and at month end, informing you of the
outstanding balance on your account. At MoveTech we put you first in order to
provide you with a service that is second to none.
Deliveries & Collections
Our complete delivery service ensures
that your equipment is delivered exactly where you want it, when you want it.
Our friendly, helpful staff are trained to be careful when carrying out
deliveries and collections on customers premises. Our standard service allows
for the crates to be delivered or collected from a central point on any floor
or floors you require. The crates are delivered in stacks of 20 but should you
require them in smaller amounts just ask and our staff will be happy to oblige.
We also offer a distribution service for an extra charge should you require.
Consignment notes back up all deliveries and collections, all you have to do is
check the amount and sign.
All our vehicles are fitted with mobile
phones, which allow us to be flexible enough to cope with short term or
emergency deliveries with ease.
Order Confirmations
Giving you peace of mind that your order has
been processed correctly, these can faxed or emailed immediately after
processing.
Crate Statements
Enable you to control equipment on hire, these
can be faxed or emailed immediately after movement processing.
